I love your idea of using Piktochart for this post. I have used it once, but used the free version. Is this the paid version you have used? And if so, did you both purchase it individually or through your school?

I love the logical checklist of considerations. Very helpful as we are just going through this process at WGSS. Our Chef Training program has purchased 6 iPads and now I can go through these points with him.
One thing that is not intuitive with this Piktochart is that on most of the panels there are LINKS to sites with related information. Just run your cursor over various visual elements and you will see what I mean. Hover and Click.
